I’m passionate about helping people to make successful changes in their personal or professional lives. My warmth and empathy is backed up by years of professional and personal experience in counselling and coaching. .
There are lots of different types/labels put on coaching but for me, coaching is all about supporting the person sitting in front of me to make changes in their lives, by guiding them to identify what it is they really want and then creating a map on how to get there.
An example of when to use coaching could be to help to improve relationships perhaps with our children, friends and partners. Other examples could be to connect better with people, find purpose in life, enhance overall health and well being or improve confidence, self-esteem and awareness of self and others reactions
